I’ve been struggling to verify age to buy some cutlery. When entering credit card details I get an error “Unfortunately, we ran into a problem and couldn't process your card ". Please contact Contact customer services . I have bought lots of canteens of cutlery before and never had a problem , until the last month , I have tried 2 different credit cards and neither worked , as a result I can no longer purchase cutlery on eBay .
I not waiting ages to try and get through to customer support .
I see there were problems with this last year , is it the same error again ?
