Advice on selling

Hi looking for advice. I sold a mattress they came in my house and I repeatedly said check it was they didn’t. I then asked few times are you happy they said yes. I then offered protection sheets for it as they brought nothing to protect it. I also carried to their car for her with my partner. She then messages few hours later saying she wants to return it had bobbling in top corner and a mark on side. Strange as these were not present at my home. Cut long story short she is being difficult now and won’t allow me to collect it back , then said she get courier I said ok and at your own costs as I want to collect due to size . She then gave me eventually some random address that isn’t hers half away feom

her home saying get courier to collect from there from boot of her car . I feel like I’m being scammed here and because she pushed not as described she is trying it. What are my chances here? I have offered to collect, her to drop back off. To get man and van . She is being incredibly difficult? I just want it back now to get rid stress

Tell her how you are willing to get it back and then leave it.   Don't reply to her again.    And don't forget to put her ID on your blocked bidder list:

Advice on selling

My issue is here she is trying to get refund and keep my simba mattress I feel. Come Tuesday when eBay can step in , what’s likely the outcome ? It will all go in her favour because she is the buyer . Seems very unfair when eBay said as it was collection in person item , I should be able to collect it back ?
