I recently sold an item but advertised as collection only. The buyer asked if there was any way I could post it so I gave in. They payed for the item but payment is on hold because There was no code to scan to say they received it ?

Ask the buyer for the code and you can still enter it  in View order details for the item.    Otherwise the payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it.

Yes, but you may need to wait a minimum of 14 days.

Send the buyer a message explaining your money is on hold unless you can manually enter the 6 digits on the collection code,  the buyer holds.

Advise them to look in their order details for this 6 digit code.
