Ads unresponsive

I’m a seller & have found that over the last few days my ads are unresponsive.

I tried ads from other sellers & found the same.

I tried using a different browser & different computer & found the same.

Is there a technical issue with eBay at the moment?

Can you explain a little more by what you mean by ' unresponsive' ?

Hi,

Yes, when I try to an ad, not just my own I cannot add to basket, buy now or change quality.

I have tried on my mobile in safari & chrome & on my Mac in Firefox.

I have had a vey large number of daily visits to one ad in particular & only one purchase in the last 3 days.

I think this problem may not effect all users but a large number.

There do seem issue for peeps when using certain devices and browsers.  Is it possible for you to use a laptop /PC and Chrome,  that combo seems to work best,  see if that works for you.
