Is there a way of getting customers address without printing a label off ?

It is not possible to obtain a buyer's address on eBay UK without printing a label,  with the "Simple Delivery" option.

 

 Simple Delivery, now mandatory for Private sellers, requires either printing a label or using a QR code at a drop-off point to obtain the address. 

 

You will need to download the label (or QR code) to see the buyer's address, which is embedded within the label information.
