Nooo, that is so against eBay rules. It's in the rules to solely list items for sale on eBay, the same item must not be offered elsewhere.
Otherwise , you may well end up with 2 buyers and one item and one buyer will be disappointed.
eBay do not like disappointing their buyers as they tend to not come back to the site. If this item on eBay was not then available for sale ( sold elsewhere), the buyer would probably give you bad feedback and more damaging would be the defect your account would receive.
It doesn't take more than a few for eBay to take away your selling privileges.
I strongly recommend removing the item you have for sale ' elsewhere'.
Once an auction receives a bid, you cannot change anything on that listing.
