Add another person's debit card

Can I purchase with my mom's debit card? Can I add a debit card with another person's name. Also I buy from ebay.com not ebay.co.uk does it make any difference when adding another person's debit card?

I would think it is not permitted to use another persons card. If ebay became aware I suspect you would be suspended.

Why can’t you use your own card? If you are not 18 again ebay would permanently suspend you.

You can use anyone's card if you have their permission, just add it at checkout.

Why do you buy from .com and not the UK site? Are you located outside the UK?
