Account restrictions

I have had my account restricted no buying, selling or messaging buyers. I was told that I should have received a email and then follow the link to sort everything out. I have not received no messages what so ever, what I can say is that I have spoken to several people at ebay & depending on what time you speak to someone do you get the correct information. The people who I have spoken to in the morning the call centres are with in the UK provide you with very little information & help. Speaking to some one after lunch at a call centre in Asia etc you get more information on reasons why, they need to verify my details. I have been selling on ebay for 16 years and never had any issues.

It's been over 48hrs & still I have not received a email to sort out my account and now started to loose sales because I can't reply to buyers.

If ebay got the basics right then I wouldn't have this issue.

We are just members like you and have no access to your account or any reasons why you should be restricted.

I can only suggest you look at your seller dashboard, which should show any points on which your account has caused problems.

According to ebay I need to verify my account details, however I have no way of doing it as I have not received message from ebay to upload information.

I have already done that & keep getting told to wait for 72 hours for a message. It's the 3rd day & still no help or message.

Silly question, but ...

How were you informed your account had been restricted?

You still have over 4000 items listed for sale and, looking at your account, it seems all those items are available to buy.

Have you tried messaging buyers or making any purchases since the restriction?

Tried to relist an item and it brought that there was an issue with account and that I need to check ebay messages to sort it out. 

my fixed price items are still visible however I can't add new listings, buy and reply to messages.
