Account Suspended

Hello everyone,

My eBay account has been suspended since July 2025, and I’m trying to understand what steps I need to take to reactivate it.

I did not fully understand the reason for the suspension, and I would really appreciate any guidance from experienced members on how to resolve this issue. I am willing to provide any required documents or information and to comply with eBay’s policies moving forward.

Has anyone experienced something similar and successfully reinstated their account? What steps should I take, and who should I contact?

Only ebay CS can inform you of reason for suspension, 

You should have received a message. 

Check for feedback page for defects, this normally indicates why.

How do you know that it's suspended? Surely you must have received a message from eBay notifying you about this? If so, what did it say?

Ah, just spotted that you were selling counterfeit Labubu. 

It's likely that the brand owner has complained.

You should look at your seller dashboard to see what defects you have!

In many cases being suspended is permanent.
