I'm reaching out to ask for advice or insight from fellow eBay sellers regarding a recent issue with my account. My account was recently restricted, and I haven’t been given a clear explanation as to why. I’ve always tried my best to follow eBay’s rules and policies and would really appreciate any guidance from the community.
This is a verified business account based outside the U.S., registered through Payoneer. I run a small retail operation and use trusted international couriers like DHL and UPS to ship products. So far, I’ve fulfilled three orders with valid tracking—two have already been delivered successfully. I also have proof of delivery available.
Currently, there are around $575 in funds on hold due to the restriction, and I’m unsure what steps to take next. I’ve contacted eBay Customer Support, but haven’t received clear direction yet.
If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to proceed, I’d be truly grateful. I’m ready to provide any necessary documentation or verification—just hoping for a fair chance to continue selling honestly on the platform.
