Accidently closed return request

Hello everyone, i bought a new s21 ultra from a seller in China, i send him pictures that phone came in bad condition, he told me that send me i'll refund you. I started return request but accidently i closed it. I did not know that once it closed you never reopen it. 

I contacted seller he said I'll send you return label no worries. But now he is not replying me. 

What should i do ? 

Its £230, alot of money for me.

Unfortunately,  you only have ' one shot' at opening a case for an item.  Once closed,  another for that item cannot be  opened.

Turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund.
