Accidentally archived a message. How can I find it to reply?

Hello.  I don't sell much on eBay and messed it up when I was trying to reply to a message from a prospective purchaser. I accidentally archived their message and now I can't see it. How can I reply to the message now? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

There is an archive folder that you can access and move the message back to inbox . From the desktop the archive folder is on the left hand side after you go into messages, just below the deleted folder. Click on it and it will show you the message. To move it back to the inbox tick the box beside the message and select the 4th icon along the top.

From the app when you go into your messages there is a drop down " all messages" at the top left click into the box and it will show you the list of folders. Click on archive and the message should show in there. To put it back to the inbox from there press down on the picture and select the 4th icon along the top.
