I am in the process of re-entering some of my orders in another bookkeeping system from April 2022 - April 2023. The reason is that the bookkeeping software that I was using for this period has decided that I need to pay to access my accounts.
I can only access as far back as September 2022. Is there a way of accessing further back please?

If you go to the payment tab and click reports (image below) you can go back to April 2022. (as shown in the picture) then using the drop down boxes you can filter the info you need. The route you are going via only shows two years data which is why you can't go further back.
