Accepting

Just wondered if this was a new thing? In the past as soon as you accepted an offer it was considered sold by eBay. I just accepted an offer on an item and it just says pending but is still for sale on EBay. I’ve never known this to happen before. Anyone else ?

yes,it is relatively new.When an offer is accepted it goes into pending until the buyer pays and is still available for others to buy
