Accepting offers

I had an auction starting at £72.

If that had sold on a maiden bid I would have received £72.

I however accepted an offer of £90 but only received £85.87.

buyer pays postage but it still cost me.

Buyer's offers include the buyer protection fee,  you don't get that, ebay does.

So its better to allow the auction to run to the end as then the seller would receive the full amount.

It wouldn't have made any difference, if the buyer bid £90 (inc buyer fee)at auction end you would still have received £85.87.

You can see this if you look at your auction which sold on 8th Jan, the final auction price was £93.26 (inc buyer fee) you received £89.00
