About restriction

I am creating ebay account using Pakistani detail two days ago.At first the account went under review then it becam temporary restricted.I also recieved an email from ebay saying that they needed some additional information.However when i contacted live chat they told me that my account has been permanently restricted.I donot Know what the exact reason is."
