Bought a liverpool top at 17.22 and never sent it messaged him about ten times and cant request a refund cause wasnt signed in at time was on as guest so great haha dont buy from the fella hes a stroke ive reported him ive messaged about 10 15 times fellas a nut dont buy from him folks .

Buying as a Guest your eBay account is not used so for a refund the process is a little different.

You're  welcome,  and you're still covered with eBay's MBG buying as a Guest if you open that case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

Use the link above to open your case,   and the usual applies,  don't close the case for any promise or excuse the seller makes, and don't forget to escalate.

I think he has me blocked wont load anything up and took me hours to find them 2 tops i bought as guest all it would let me do was report him added them sceen shot of the puchers i mean i bought it on 13 and it still it here im not too sure if reporting its actually gonna do anything but i sent them screen shots with the report and said that item hadnt arrived so just need wait on email now to see where i go from there thanks again hopfully get my 17.22p back 😅😅

I had screen shot it like that cause wont load up when i click on it so must have me blocked or something shud be loading up so i can request refund but had report my item not being for sell then added that pic so hopefully get my money back if ebay does their job right lol

A seller cannot block a buyer that they have been in a recent transaction.

Don't know which device or browser you're using but the app / mobile browser are limited if using,  switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay,  and proceed as with the above link,  for your refund.

I found the top but when i go to click on it it just doesnt load up so i cant actually go ahead and request anything be done 😕 never buying anything as guest anything thats just silly lol even had wee chat thing help me acc said was this top i hit yea then hit some thing to request my money an just wont go thru comes up like error thing wont load or do anything when i hit the blue thing it sends to request something be done lol i dunno i give up at this point

As I mentioned above,  the app is limited don't use it for this,  do all this on a laptop / PC and use Chrome.

No, you do not have to wait 30 days,  you have to open that case within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery which was written on the original listing.
