A recent purchase

In the last week I bought what I thought was 24 candles but only 12 came, I contacted seller and asked for a refund as the order was incorrect. They agreed and so I tried to refund on ebay but it would only refund me 1 item,I expained this to the seller and they told me to pack all the candles and send back. I checked out the refund for 1 candle and was credited. The total cost charged was £41.93 less refund of £7.62 which I've received leaving a balance to refund of £34.31. The seller has today offered me £13. Surely this is not right but I can't seem to contact ebay, only there robot service which is of little help, has anyone any ideas please.

If only you would follow correct procedure for getting a refund, then you would not have this problem.

Have you even opened a case? You should have opened a Not as described case, but depending on how you bought, it might have been partly Not received case.

Dealing direct with seller and relying on promises does not work and cannot be enforced.
