I received notifications in the app for a £50 off coupon and 2x £25 off coupons, but now having completed the required tasks I see that I have to be "invited" so the promotion.
Am I right in thinking that I've not been invited, as I've not had an explicit email or banner invite, and that eBay simply tell all users about attractive promotional offers that they are probably not eligible for?
I bought something on eBay live on the sole basis that it would qualify me for the coupon. Why the hell would you tell me about coupons I've not been invited to earn?
If I'm not invited, then don't notify me about it! Is it really that hard to notify selected users? Just feels deceptive.
