3 items missing not delivered to post office there refusing me a refund and also refusing to phone up the post office to check surely ive got a case and take this to trading standards and citazens advice

If the tracking is not showing as delivered and it's still within 30 days of the estimated delivery date on the listing select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a refund.

I think you might get an answer if you clarified question.

Royal Mail deliver letters Post office just take over the counter and pass to Royal Mail. Constant reference to Post Office just confuses.

Have you not got proof of postage or tracking to prove anything.
