£15 eBay voucher error at checkout

Hi.

I received a £15 voucher from eBay for selling.  Ooh great I though.

But whatever item I try to use it with, I get an error message at checkout. 

It tells me I have the voucher, tells me what the price will be, less the £15, and even let's copy the code direct!

But when I enter they code and go to pay.  I get an error message saying payment can't be completed at this time.

I've bought items since, without the voucher so I know it's not me.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ebay can remove or cancel any promo code etc at any time.

Check the T&C's as it appeared to be for £15 off if you spend £50 or more.
