wrong item on collection in store

Had a message the keyboard I ordered was ready for collection, when I picked parcel up it wasnt the keyboard but a camera I had ordered . Now it says picked up for keyboard. I waited a week to see if it came as the camera to pick up, but nothing has arrived. Argos said to get intouch with E-Bay. Thank you. Sheila
