wrong image

ebay system can put wrong image against an item..here the puzzle is not the round box- ebay data is corrupt? I aslo have 2 different items with thge same ebay reference number! Ebay choose not to answer their phone at the moment. so how can we tell them about their errors?--cannot inset the image of the screen shot! another issue!

Why not give the two items with the same number? At least we could see if this has happened which I think is very unlikely.

It does look as though you need to register as a Business Seller, all those new items means you are trading illegallyand denying buyers their legal rights.

If I understand your question correctly if you have been using catelogue pictures and they don't match the item you are selling, seems to be inviting Not As Described cases.
