Hello can anyone help - I haven't any experience of this -
buyer requested a refund , the funds were put on hold ( eg they never reached my bank account ) I clicked on the refund and got notification from ebay that it the held funds were refunded to the buyer so reund was was made , then today I notice that my bank account has been charged with a similar figure as a refund too - so now I have actually paid the buyer out of my own money - how can tnhie be ? and what do I do to sort it out please? thank you
