hi i won a item had conformation from ebay i had won i didnt not pay stright away has i message seller to disscuss collection as she has both choices postage and collection i messaged as soon as i won and with in a few hours it now says ive lost never had that happen before will there be a trace on my account that i won item and recived message to pay can any one please advise

Without knowing exactly what happened it's hard to advise you.

You say that you didn't pay straight away - if you won it more that four days ago, the seller could have cancelled it as unpaid. But this is only a guess, it may be something totally different.
