Hi, I sent an item special delivery, it arrived the next day. Ebay held the payment saying the postcode doesn't match their records...the same postcode they provided! The buyer loves the item and wore it the next day...how can I get my money released? Any help. Cannot even get the chat box to work. Thanks folks.
