Why, when I click to find nearest store, does software say - no store near you - when live 14 miles from two in Inverness, which is nearest town, used for shopping/work etc often on daily basis? Is it something to do with living in Scotland? We do have main roads here, no longer remote. Also object to having to pay up to £10.00 extra above courier costs on some items (£20.00 instead of £10.00 often) when items say one charge to all of mainland UK - which we are, on main motorways!
