why my funds on hold?

Hello,  recently I  sold and posted: Order 16-07333-43678 and Order 05-07265-00220

The fee is not going to my PayPal and hold on eBay.  can you please tell me why?  How can I avoid it in the future?

Payments no longer go directly into Paypal

You must be on Managed Payments like most of us   (all sellers are being eventually flipped onto them in the Uk)

Another thing.....you appear to have forgotten to upgrade your account to a business one as you are not a private seller.
