why is login toebay going round and round incircles with hcatcha?? my normal link is not working

I am frustrated with the security hcatcha  that now appears when I try to login. It asks "I am human" I check this then have to choose various pictures  verify  ithen goes back to the hcatcha screen  and the whole performance is repeated over and over and over . Do Ebay want us to leave, if so just say. I tried login on my laptop with the same performance , until I accepted login via emailaccount, wich opened me up in a "new" account.  trired to login to tghis "new" account  and guess , the whole fiasco stared again

Did you get the answers to the pictures right?

It is not just ebay it is required to prevent fraud and it is getting even harder with many more actions having to be verified before payments etc. can be made.

Contactless payments have made fraud so easy, but if more than a certain amount is spent on a card, something like a £100, even then you will be required to verify the payment by entering the PIN or a Code Number.

it is not the verification proccess that is the problem, provided it would let me sign in to my own account.

yes all pictures correct, every time. got fed up with it afterb 10x. Got through to someone in ebay to call back. Who said the proble is with browser. As ebay is set to work on Google chrome. Even that does not work and is just the same as firefox.
