why has Paypal changed their withdrawal screen

Hi everyone :womanhappy, just went to withdraw some money from paypal and the screen has changed? I thought i had done something wrong and couldn't get my money. It's was complicated to do, so god help everyone!...

Best place to ask would be Paypal as they are a seperate company to eBay now

I withdrew money from paypal yesterday without any problem,

screen has changed, but still easy to do.
