who pays return

I have had my kettle for over a year,it's guarenteed for 2 years .Now it's stopped working.Who pays the return postage to seller ?

You need to speak to the Seller.  Do you actually have a Manufactures Guarantee ?

You will be very lucky to get a seller to accept a return after that period of time - but I hope you prove me wrong.

As Ruby says, unless you have the manufacturers guarantee, you will be very lucky to get it replaced.  Ebay do not have anything to do with manufacturer warranties.

They have been great,yes i can return to seller even as it's near the 2 year warranty.Thank you all for your replies
