purchased a desktop ZALMAN case ...received a case that was stripped of the 3 cooling fans...no indication or reference of the missing fans stated in the ad...who pays for the return postage ?
Open case for not as described, seller should provide returns label, you return then seller refunds.
If no label or refund, escalate case to ebay 8 days after opening.
