Hi i need very quick help on the 20th of February 2020 i bought a weather station off the froggit shop on ebay. On the 23rd of December i emailed info@hs-group.de informing them that the station had gone wrong and that it ws not telling me any of the outside temperatures or wind speed, i changed the batteries and tried to pair up the outside and inside unit but to no use. I emailed them in January but again no respond, i then sent a message to the froggit shop on ebay on Monday 1st of Febuary to tell them and to see how to send it back but again there as been no respond to them either i am getting worried as the warranty will run out now in February and i need help to get this sorted please kind regards S Powell
