I am not registered for vat but ebay says I should update my vat percentage, it is currently blank, I have tried typing in zero, 0, 0.00 ad even 20% and the message remains the same for all my listings. According to the help pages I am not liable for VAT, has anyone else had this problem. Help please.

ignore the task box

as anon VAT registered seller you don't need to put anything in the VAT box
