vat question

Hi there, i am an auto entrepeneur in France selling mainly lower priced antiques to europe and UK . Gross earnings around 20k (not vat registered).  I would like to know do i raise my item prices to include VAT (or not as i understand it)?  If not and i am asked for an invoice do i add the VAT to the total on the invoice, including the postage, or does ebay let them know the extra Vat to pay and where it is shown?  Also could you tell me if i need to register with IOSS or not,  thanks in anticipation Badger.

as you aren't VAT registered you don't need to do anything,

ebay will charge VAT when necessary
