using the app, get a message saying...access denied on this server. app was ok on thursday .

Mobile app on android.  Have emptied cache etc etc etc, rebooted etc etc, now the app does not work and I have to turn off wifi on mobile and log in on 4g .  I am not a computer buff so can anyone help please??
