when checking out the usual screen not there says one touch activated i did not do this i use two laptops other usual routine changed password this has nnot sorted out problem i dont trust check out with this one touch set up.
It's all too easy to activate the 'one touch facility' - i've done it myself more than once - but you can change it back by logging into your PayPal account and following the instructions on there.
