Hi all, help needed.. i have had a chargeback opened against me, the buyer claiming the transaction was not autharised by her.. paypay want me to send them a file of any information i have, she sent me 3 messages about the item 1 asking to post quickly ( which i did ) 2 to say how pleased she was. and 3 to say she was going to give excellent feedback and hoped i would do the same.. she did leave excellent feedback.. i asked this question on the seller board , the reply was if i have got proof of postage i will be o.k. but she isn't saying she hasn't received them.. i have clicked on the shop that bought the boots and it states that the account has been used for freaud since december 2015.. investigation are in place.. the account will be closed down.. the sale was on 14/5/2016... i have gone round in circles trying to put my case across, but getting nowhere.. i have read the rules and they say any messages or feedback i have can be used to help me case, it is the credit card company that is reviewing this.. paypay want all this information and ask me to send a file.. this is the help i need, how do i send a file?... how do i put the messages and a picture of the message on the shop about the account being used for fraud, into a file.. i really do need some help i have never done anything like this before.. thanks for reading.. hope it makes sense..
