unresponsive seller

hi so i bought an item off of a seller a month ago and ive had no response from the seller or updates. 

originally ebay gave me an estimated delivery and i was happy with it but i noticed that it never updated saying whether it was dispatched or not, so i contacted the seller and i had no response. fast forward to the delivery date, it changed twice. originally saying 15th june now 23rd june. i was still okay with this but i contacted the seller again and still no response, the delivery date is now 3rd july (which is today but it hasnt turned up). i dontknow what to do because ebay isnt helping and im new to this sort of stuff. please let me know what i can do because this is so stressful. ive contacted the seller three times and i dont think theyre going to answer.

Wait until tomorrow or Monday (ie. after the estimated delivery date) and then you can report that your item hasn't arrived next to your order in Purchase History.   Escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
