unreceived order

Dear  Sirs

 

I did not receive yet the wall sticker which I bought on 5 December 2017 from eBay seller, which I should get up to the end of December 2017.

On 5th of January 2018, I went to the Post Office Department at Short Street, Southend on Sea. I show an email from the seller with the track number. The postman checked on the computer the track number and he did not find the parcel. He also checked at the back, where they keep all parcels and also he did not find my order. I ordered the Star Wars sticker from the seller on the 5th of January, so I should receive it time ago. Because my problem is not resolved by the seller and I did not receive my order I want my money back.

Please read the tracking information on your response which I translated for English as I think that no one from eBay did not translate this tracking for English.                                   Can you revise it and help me resolve my problem with the unreceived order, please? If I will not receive any reply from eBay I will contact Trading Standard and solicitor. I always paid for my orders which I bought online on eBay or Amazon and | also sent the items which I put for sale.

Try PayPal login >> 'Resolve a problem',  open an 'Item not received' case and escalate within 20 days from opening ... or ... 

Contact (phone is best) PayPal Customer Services and ask that they open a 'Not received' case for you.   The transaction details will be found on the payment confirmation email.
