Buyer has asked to cancel after I have raised an unpaid item case ( no answers to messages asking him to pay over the previous three days) stating his son has changed his mind. He has feedback stating he's done this at least twice before. What can I do?
Once you have opened an unpaid item case you don't have the option to cancel the sale.
So you will need to continue with the case you have opened if you want your seller fee refunded and the buyer will receive a strike on their account.
It's your choice whether you just ignore the buyer's message or you try to explain you cannot cancel now that the UPI case is open.
