I have just seen a mysterious direct debit to Ebay UK coming our of our charity accounts which I do not recognise. What is the best way of finding out what this is, given that this specific issue does not appear in any of Ebay's help topics?
Has anyone experienced the same?
The direct debit has lots of numbers which when googled don't come up with anything;
