unable to delete items

Hi there can anyone help with my problem , i cannot delete and sold or dispatched items , this has been going on for approx 4 days now and although i contacted ebay nothing has been resolved

It's the latest glitch,  many are experiencing this,  and seemingly then,  still unresolved.

No time for tech team to solve,  as all resources given to this new awful format of a forum.
