Buy paid for goods which were collection omly. Despite me contacting them to arrange collection 2 months have passed and they have not collected the items. Do I have to refund the before re-listing the items?

It is too late to do anything through ebay as they have 30 days

If they paid by paypal then you may be able to refund that way but you would have paid ebay fees and you dont get paypal fees back.

If they did pay by paypal then go and see if you can refund perhaps without the fees.

There is no money back guarantee on paypal for collection items
