Hi,
I have recently purchased a brand new ‘Ergobaby Omni 360 Baby Carrier Cool Air Mesh 4 Positions Midnight Blue’ from EBay. The item has arrived.
I then recieved the below email from "ukrswebhelp@ebay.com" - is the email genuine and what are my options? (NB: I have contacted the manufacturer asking them how I can tell if the item is genuine.)
*I have replaced the seller name and address within < > in the below email.

I would say only manufacturer can give best advice.
If it is genuine & you bought within last 30 days, then you can still open item not as described case even if seller not on ebay, escalate after 3 working days to ebay to sort.
