tracking

i recently sold an item a sent it through ebay. i had a tracking number and on the sold page, it is marked as dispatched. However, the page still only shows dispatched even though it has been delivered and i've received feedback. What am i doing wrong

Other than adding the tracking to the sale and the payment I don't think you have done anything wrong.

On the odd occasion I send anything tracked, once it's been delivered it doesn't show as being delivered unless I check the tracking.  But then again I don't use ebay postage, I use my local PO to buy postage to help keep them in business.
