Is there a time frame after which I do not have to accept "faulty" return?.A buyer is claiming a lens was sold to hima has arrived faulty,but he's been in possession of the item for at least 6 weeks now.
Ebay allow 30 days from delivery, buyer can open case after then, but can't escalate.
Paypal allow 180 days, but never known anyone succeed waiting that long.
