the seller does not cancel the order

I told the seller that I would pay on March 5, 2021, he didn't like it and he canceled my order. the lot he put up for sale again. 
but at the same time this lot, as won by me, did not disappear from my basket. and notifications come to my mail with the requirement to pay for the order. but the seller assures that the order has been canceled. help to remove an order from my cart! the seller may be a scammer!

EBay does not really do e-mails.   The point I was clumsily making is that if you had simply paid as you planned on 5th the item would have been on its way.  

We cannot know whether the seller did succeed in actually cancelling.  Cancellations are now supposed to start with the buyer's request
