So my eBay account is pretty new and has a stupid temporary buying restriction on it, which means I cannot bid on any items. How do I remove this? I've bought a couple items so my feedback is 100% and I have registered with paypal like the guidelines recommend me to do, so the restriction might be removed. None of what I've done has had any effect. Help.

All new users have this limit. You may be a very responsible bidder and immediate payer, but many are not, as there is no record of immediate payment on items, limits have to be introduced, until a good buying record is achieved of payijg for items promptly.
Then, limits are lifted. Try and bid the highest amount you are happy to pay, in one bid, so to 'save' that limited number.
For now, you may be able to buy, Buy it Now items with an immediate payment.
