Sorry, do you by chance mean you areb trying to list this for selling, not trying to buy one?
It's no technical issue, there has been a recent policy change relating to any baby item, for example cot beds, car baby seats, prams, and certain safety items for example a child's cycling helmet, these all have to now be listed in a New Condition, as they need a full safety certificate in case of an issue later.
The items you see listed now, were listed before the policy came into force, once they end unsold, they will not be able to be relisted in a Used Condition
